Terms
RBS Dining companies. Effective August 22, 2026
These terms apply to purchases, events and catering provided by the RBS Dining companies (RBS Denver LLC, RBS Gressingham LLC, RBS Muscovy LLC, RBS Pochard LLC, RBS Sandhill LLC and RBS Blekinge LLC, RBS Abacot LLC, RBS Bashkir LLC, RBS Faroese LLC, RBS Duclair LLC; each "we", "us"), 47 Pleasant Street, Suite BS, Northampton, MA 01060. Each venue or event is operated and charged by one company, named on your receipt, quote or invoice.
Venue purchases
Menu prices are in US dollars and exclude sales tax and any service charge stated on the menu or check. Card payments are charged at the venue at the time of service.
Events and catering
Quotes are valid for 14 days. A deposit (typically 25% of the estimated total) holds the date; the balance is invoiced after the event, adjusted for final headcount and bar consumption, and is due on receipt. Final headcount is confirmed 72 hours before the event; reductions after that are billed at the confirmed count. Corporate accounts may be invoiced on Net 15 terms with a purchase order. Balances more than 30 days past due accrue 1.5% per month or the maximum allowed by law.
Online ordering and delivery platforms
Orders placed through third-party ordering or delivery platforms are subject to that platform's terms; the platform charges you and the venue fulfils the order. Issues with a platform order are handled first through the platform's support and then by the venue.
Conduct and liability
Venues may refuse service under state alcohol and safety laws. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from a purchase or event is limited to the amount paid for it.
Cancellations, refunds and disputes
See our refund and cancellation policy. Please contact us at info@raddpayments.com or (413) 200-0634 before raising a dispute with your card issuer or bank; we respond within one business day.
Territory and governing law
We operate within the United States. These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, except that alcohol-service and consumer-protection provisions follow the law of the state where the venue is located.
