About RBS Dining

Who we are

RBS Dining is the hospitality group of Radd Payment Solutions, LLC, a Massachusetts company that runs payments, receivables, bookkeeping and payroll for operating businesses. RBS Dining is where that capability is applied to restaurants, bars and entertainment venues we operate or partner with.

Today the group includes oyster bars in New Orleans, a mini-golf bar in California, a pizza restaurant and catering operation in Wisconsin, fast-casual restaurants in Texas, two burger restaurants in Florida, a Korean restaurant, a chain of deli restaurants in Pennsylvania, two franchise restaurants in Virginia and a neighborhood pub. Each is operated through its own RBS company.

How the group works

Each company runs its own floor: general manager, kitchen, menu, hours and point of sale. What they share is the back office: settlement reconciliation, event and catering invoicing, receivables, bookkeeping, payroll coordination and reporting run centrally, so every operator sees clean numbers and spends their time with guests. The same team provides receivables and bookkeeping support to a small number of partner operators who keep their own name and staff. It is a back-office service for established hospitality businesses we work with directly, not a public offering.

Our administrative office is at 47 Pleasant Street, Suite BS, Northampton, MA 01060. Venues are in California, Louisiana, Wisconsin, Texas, Florida, Pennsylvania and Virginia.
