What we collect

When you book an event, order catering, create an account or receive an invoice we collect contact details (name, company, phone, email, billing address), event details, and the payment information needed to process your payment. Venue point-of-sale systems record transaction details; online and delivery platforms collect information under their own policies.

How we use it

To take and fulfil orders and bookings, process payments, issue invoices and receipts, respond to questions and meet tax and record-keeping obligations. We do not sell guest information and we do not send marketing email without consent.

Payments

Card payments are processed by our point-of-sale and payment providers; card details go directly to those providers and are not stored on our systems. Invoice payments are processed by Stripe (stripe.com/privacy).

Sharing

We share information only with service providers that help us operate (payment processing, point of sale, ordering and delivery platforms, email, accounting), with our parent company Radd Payment Solutions, LLC for billing and bookkeeping, and as required by law. Our companies share customer records with each other to deliver service and billing.

Cookies and analytics

This website sets no tracking cookies and runs no third-party analytics or advertising scripts.

Retention and access
