Paying an invoice Event and catering invoices are emailed by the hosting company (for example RBS Gressingham LLC for a private dining event in New Orleans) and include a secure online payment link. At the venue and online At the bar, counter or table, each venue's point of sale accepts card, contactless and cash; the charge appears under that company's name. Orders placed through online ordering pages or delivery platforms are charged by the platform you ordered on and show that platform's name on your statement; the venue fulfils the order. Questions about a platform charge go to the platform first, then to us. Security Card payments are processed by our point-of-sale and payment providers (PCI DSS certified) over encrypted (TLS) connections. We never see or store full card numbers. This website is served only over HTTPS. Events and catering Quote Written quote with menu, headcount, room or course time and price per person or per package. Deposit Typically 25% of the estimated total to hold the date; larger for buyouts. Final invoice Issued the day after the event for the balance, adjusted for final headcount and bar tab; due on receipt. Gratuity and fees Service charge and sales tax stated on the quote and the invoice. Currency United States dollars (USD). Corporate and recurring catering Accounts Offices and organizations may be invoiced weekly or monthly on Net 15 terms with a purchase order. Venue purchases Menu prices are in US dollars and exclude sales tax and any service charge stated on the menu or check. Card payments are charged at the venue at the time of service. Events and catering Quotes are valid for 14 days. A deposit (typically 25% of the estimated total) holds the date; the balance is invoiced after the event, adjusted for final headcount and bar consumption, and is due on receipt. Final headcount is confirmed 72 hours before the event; reductions after that are billed at the confirmed count. Corporate accounts may be invoiced on Net 15 terms with a purchase order. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from a purchase or event is limited to the amount paid for it. Effective August 22, 2026 Private events and group bookings Deposits are refundable in full with 14 or more days' notice before the event date, and 50% refundable with 7 to 13 days' notice. Cancellations with less than 7 days' notice forfeit the deposit. Rescheduling with 7 or more days' notice moves the deposit to the new date at no charge. Catering orders Orders may be cancelled at no charge by noon on the business day before delivery. Later cancellations are charged for food already purchased and prepared, up to the full order. Venue purchases If something is wrong with your order, tell your server or the counter before you leave and we will remake or refund it. Refunds after the visit are at the venue manager's discretion and are issued to the original payment method. Online and delivery-platform orders Refunds for orders placed through a third-party platform are issued by that platform under its policy; the venue will confirm the issue to the platform on request. Refund timing Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Card refunds typically appear within 5 to 10 business days depending on the issuing bank; bank transfers are returned to the originating account. Effective August 22, 2026 What we collect When you book an event, order catering, create an account or receive an invoice we collect contact details (name, company, phone, email, billing address), event details, and the payment information needed to process your payment. Venue point-of-sale systems record transaction details; online and delivery platforms collect information under their own policies. How we use it To take and fulfil orders and bookings, process payments, issue invoices and receipts, respond to questions and meet tax and record-keeping obligations. We do not sell guest information and we do not send marketing email without consent. Payments Card payments are processed by our point-of-sale and payment providers; card details go directly to those providers and are not stored on our systems. Invoice payments are processed by Stripe (stripe.com/privacy). Sharing We share information only with service providers that help us operate (payment processing, point of sale, ordering and delivery platforms, email, accounting), with our parent company Radd Payment Solutions, LLC for billing and bookkeeping, and as required by law. Every operator who sells through a delivery platform has looked at a bank deposit and wondered which orders it covers. The deposit is net of commissions, promotions, refunds, tips paid through to staff and sometimes adjustments from days ago. Here is the routine our back office runs for every restaurant in the group. Three numbers that must agree Gross sales by day from the point of sale or the platform's order report. Platform statement for the payout period: gross, commission, marketing fees, refunds, adjustments, tips, and the net paid. Bank deposit that actually landed, by date. Reconciliation is matching each payout to its statement, the statement to the days it covers, and booking the pieces separately: sales as revenue, commissions and fees as expenses, tips as a liability paid out to staff, and refunds against sales. Net deposit alone tells you almost nothing about how the restaurant did. Where it goes wrong Payout periods that cross a month end, so part of a deposit belongs to last month. Chargebacks and refunds applied weeks later, netted silently out of a future payout. Promotions the platform funds versus promotions the restaurant funds, which look identical on the order but not on the statement. Multiple locations or brands settling to one bank account. The routine Pull the platform statements weekly, match them to deposits, book by category, and flag anything unmatched within the week so it can be disputed while the platform's window is still open. For the group's restaurants this is done centrally, and each operator gets a weekly summary: gross sales by channel, platform fees as a percentage, refunds, and the cash that actually arrived. Private dining and catering are the part of a restaurant's business that is invoiced rather than paid at the table, so the paperwork matters. Here is how it works at the venues in the group. The quote You get a written quote with the menu or package, the space or tee time, the estimated headcount, price per person or per package, and the service charge and sales tax. Bar is either a package price or billed on consumption, and the quote says which. The deposit A deposit, typically 25% of the estimated total (more for a full buyout), holds the date. It is refundable with 14 or more days' notice, half refundable with 7 to 13 days' notice, and forfeited inside 7 days. Rescheduling with a week or more of notice moves the deposit to the new date at no charge. Headcount and changes Final headcount is confirmed 72 hours before the event. If fewer guests come after that, you are billed at the confirmed count; if more come, the extra covers are added at the quoted per-person price. Menu or room changes after the quote are written up and priced before the event. The final bill The day after the event, the hosting venue issues an invoice for the balance: the confirmed headcount, bar consumption if not packaged, service charge, sales tax, less the deposit. It comes by email from the venue's company (for example RBS Gressingham LLC for New Orleans events) with a secure link to pay by card, ACH or bank transfer, and it is due on receipt. Catering orders Drop-off and full-service catering follow the same pattern without the room: quote, confirmation, delivery window confirmed the day before, and an invoice after delivery. What shows on your statement At the venue : the venue company's legal name, for example RBS MUSCOVY LLC, through the venue's own point of sale. Online ordering and delivery platforms : the platform's name (for example DoorDash or UberEats), because the platform charges you and the venue fulfils the order.
